  • Representing the construction lender for a mixed-use high-rise project in Chicago’s South Loop, a multistate single family development project and a multiphase residential condominium project in Evanston, Illinois
  • Representing the preferred lender for a publicly traded fast-food franchisor in various leasehold and purchase money mortgage loans to franchisees
  • Representing a boutique investment group as mezzanine lender to single- purpose entities owning various classes of commercial real estate

  • Representing a food distribution company as the borrower in a workout/ restructuring transaction involving a new refinance loan secured by mortgages on collateral in several states and subordinate loans by the SBA and various individual investors
